Which devices can I use to watch my BODHI classes?

You can watch BODHI on nearly any device by heading to our website here. As long as your desktop, laptop, iPhone, Android, iPad or tablet is connected to the internet you will have access to your BODHI content.

How long is a BODHI FREE trial?

The free trial for a BODHI Membership is 7 days. On the 7th day, you will be charged your monthly fee of $14.95. Then, your monthly payments will recur on the same day of every month unless you have selected our annual plan of $99 for the entire year.

For example, if your first payment is on the 10th of the month, your auto-renewal will remain on the 17th for every subsequent billing.

If you do not cancel your free trial, you will be charged on the 17th day of your membership and will be able to cancel your payment for the following month.

How can I watch my BODHI classes using my TV?

You can watch BODHI on your TV by linking your iPhone or Mac computer using Airplay (your Apple TV must be at least 4th generation). You can also cast your computer-run Chrome browser using Chromecast and an HDMI cord to connect a desktop computer or laptop to your TV.

What is a Class Pack and what is a Signature Series?

A class pack is a mini series or collection of classes that takes you on a journey through yoga, meditation, breathwork, pilates,  HIIT, etc. 

A signature series is a single class that is a reflection of a teachers style and typical practice. These are individual classes.

What are the best props to use? 

BODHI strongly recommends only using yoga blocks, yoga straps, bolsters and yoga blankets as props during the classes.

What if I can’t find my class?  

If you cannot find your class, search it in the search bar and add it to your Favorites list. To add a video to your Favorites list click on the “Heart” button that appears under the video. To delete a video from your Favorites list, click the “Heart” button again. It will then be removed from your list. 

How do I change my password?  

Once signed into BODHI, you can change your password by going to the Main Menu and selecting "Dashboard". Then click on the “Password” tab to enter your passwords and click Save Changes.

I can't remember my password. What should I do?  

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Sign In” from the Main Menu. You will be taken to the Sign In page. Click “Forgot Password”, enter your email address when prompted and click “Send Instructions”. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

I never received a reset password email even after I clicked the “forgot password” link What should I do?  

Try checking to see if it was accidentally sorted into your spam folder in your inbox. Also, make sure that the email you’re checking is the same as the one used on your account. If all else fails, contact us by clicking on the BODHI Support Messenger in the bottom right corner and we’ll assist you in signing back in.

How do I cancel my BODHI subscription?

You can cancel your membership at any time by clicking here

From within BODHI, click on the Profile icon in the top right corner. Click on the “Billing” tab. Click “Change Plan” and Cancel Membership. Then your credit card will not be charged for the upcoming monthly fee.

After cancelling your subscription Plan, you will be able to access BODHI until the last day of your billing cycle, and will not receive a refund for the current month. For example, if your billing was on the 21st of every month, and you chose to cancel your subscription on the 12th, you will have access to BODHI through the 20th of the following month. 

What currency are the BODHI prices?

The price for a BODHI Membership is $14.95 USD (United States Dollars) - this payment will recur monthly on the same day.

If you are already a member and want to check what day you will be billed on, head to the user Profile in the top right corner. Click on the “Billing” tab to see your Active Plan.

How do I update my card info?  

Changing your credit card information is easy. Sign in to BODHI, then go to the user Profile in the top right corner. Click on the “Billing” tab. Enter your credit card information in the Payment Method form and click Save Card.

I signed up for a BODHI FREE trial but now I am being charged? Why?

Free trials only last for 7 days before converting into subscription accounts. You were charged for the subscription when your free trial ended.

Can I get a refund from BODHI?

Because we offer a free period for you to try BODHI before you are billed, we do not offer refunds. You will be auto-billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen subscription, so if you want to make sure you're not charged again, you should cancel your membership before the end of the current billing period or free trial. Cancelled subscribers will not lose access to content until the end of the current billing period or free trial. 

My credit card is being declined. Why? 

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore may be denied.

How do I purchase a BODHI gift card? 

If you're looking to give the gift of BODHI, please click here to purchase gift cards. You can choose the amount of your gift. Upon purchase, you'll receive an email with a code that's redeemable by the recipient for the amount of credit you purchased.

Can I purchase an individual plan without becoming a BODHI member?

We offer one time purchases for training programs, workshops and retreats to membershers and non-members alike. 

Students can also  sign up for a 7-day free trial, and become a BODHI member for only $14.95/month, or $99 for an entire year!

Annual members receive a 20% discount on all training sessions, workshops and retreats!

What are Trainings, Workshops and Retreats?

Training programs are for students and teachers looking to enhance their understanding of either yoga, meditation, breathwork, pilates or fitness. These curated intensives programs  have been developed to take the student to the next level.

Workshops are detailed classes that empower students to grow in their personal development be that yoga, pilates, breathwork, meditation or fitness.

Retreats are experiential events that bring students to a specific state of mind and body while in the comfort of their own home on a staycation. 

If I purchased a Training, Workshop or Retreat do I need to download it in order to view it?  

You do not have to download the program. Even without a subscription, you can still stream your classes over the internet. 

If I purchased a Training, Workshop or Retreat in the past will I still be able to view it?   

You will still have access to your classes even if you don't have a subscription. You only need to download the classes if you would like to access them in a space without WiFi.

Should I practice if I am injured, pregnant or suffer from a medical condition? 

If you have past or present injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, check with your doctor first before doing any fitness classes. No matter what your experience, listen to your body.
